Job Description

As an Manager- International Business Development , you are at the front line of the sales process, interacting and engaging prospects in a dialogue about Creative Blossom’s Solutions at companies in the US,UK & Other Countries in EU union . Unlike other inside sales positions that mainly focus on IT functions, you will be creating the foundation for the sales process by expanding the vast network of executive contacts in the areas of Sales and other related business functions. In addition, you will be engaging with executives at multiple levels, helping uncover as well as create new opportunities, and generating early-stage dialogues with prospective companies.
 
Responsibilities


The Manager-International Business Development position at Creative Blossom is a great stepping-stone for advancing your career in sales. You would be based in our India office either at Mumbai or Bhubaneswar . Unlike typical telesales or inside sales positions, our Manager-International Business Development  position offers several unique aspects.

  • You have to source SEO projects & Software Development Projects for Creative Blossom.
  • Highly target oriented position.
  • One-on-one working relationship with Senior Level Personel – each with over 10 years of experience in sales compensation and overall sales
  • Opportunity to interact with high profile executives in international companies
  • Greater exposure to business functions and learning opportunity in how to deal with executives from multiple areas and how to adjust your messages accordingly
 
Prerequisites


The Manager-International Business Development MUST have:

  • 1 – 5 years of full time work experience in business to business sales
  • He must be a well versed with SEO & SEM.
  • Must have 1-5 experience in SEO & SEM
  • Experience dealing with executive levels (Director and/or VP)
  • Excellent interpersonal and verbal communication skills
  • Must be highly motivated, competitive, and a self-starter
  • Demonstrated telephone etiquette
  • Ability to communicate and cooperate in a team sales environment
  • Superiorwriting skills
